I opened a ticket in Jan 2017 for Re-Installing my under-warranty Bluestar Inverter AC to different Room. I opened up a ticket with Bluestar 1800 209 1177. They dismantled and Installed my AC, which wasn't perfect. The problem started with Improper Installation, since then I had to call the Bluestar Technician's to fix the IMPROPER INSTALLATION Done by the previous technician. Since then the Issue kept arising after days, & till date. My AC is completely broken down. They damaged my Top Condition AC from a Re-Installation to Improper Handling by their technician to Water Drainage Problem to Complete Gas Leakage from the AC. This AC has been handled by 5-6 Different Technicians sent by Bluestar. I sent the emails to higher authorities of Bluestar Mumbai Branch, but they are trying to fool me since Jan 2017, now My AC is completely Broken Down. Not working since 15 days, at all. I am been harassed by Bluestar India and they still want me to continue call them for fixing their last issue. I want compensation plus a full brand new AC as a replacement. A small problem created by them, as created another big problems. Why should we accept such condition from them, BLUESTAR CANNOT KEEP ON REPAIRING MY AC SINCE 3 MONTHS. I AM TROUBLED BY THEIR BAD SERVICE. I have attached the Orginal Invoice for this AC, purchased from Jumbo Electronics.
