Complaint Details
On 3rd may I requested to redeem mutualfunds but till date the required amount is not credited to my account. I contacted customer care to obtain information. I was informed that the amount is credited. I mailed them the account statement which reflects non receipt of redemption money. I filled the complaint with AMC. I till date have not received the satisfactory answer regarding my complaint. Attached are the screenshot clearly showing the response of the AMC regarding my complaint and my response to their requirement of statement of account.It has been 7days since I have not received my money.
