I had purchased a Prestige Stove which had been returned in the month of April 2017. Its been 2 months and they have not refunded my amount till date.I have been emailing and calling them almost everyday for the refund for which they reply that the refund is in process and will take 3-5 days. It seems like they are avoiding refund initiation. The recording of my talk with the customer care is attached and the screenshot of the message i received from them is also attached. I request strict action taken against this company.
