Complaint Details
I signed a one year contract in Dec 2016 with domestic solutions maid agency for a baby maid and paid Rs 15000 fee before the maid joined. During the interview the maid and owner as well lied about the her profile which I found out only after she joined. I gave her one month of training and asked her to leave with 15 days notice.
Second replacement I waited for only to know shes not going to join, the agency did not even inform me on this.
3rd replacement worked for a month and stole from my house before she left. Again I was not informed that she left.
4th replacement came for 3 hours and within joining already said she doesn't want to work.
All this has happened during the time of my delivery of my second child which is a total harrasment.
Since march noone has been sent to us. In May when I followed up, the owner threatened us saying that he will send a maid provided I take down my one star rating. When I ask for a partial refund he refuses stating the contract.However he refuses to provide the service also.
We have been harrassed by this agency at a crucial time of the birth of my baby.
I would like a full refund as I now do not trust this agency anymore.
