Make My Trip booking ID-NH2106447950104,I have made 3 night stay at hotalKalpana Placein Ujjain from 9thMay'17 to 12th May'17 but due to some accident,my wife was not in position to travel and due to thatI have made my hotel cancellation on 5th May'17,but they are decline to return the hotel accommodation charges Rs.3960,kindly look into the matter as the cancellation was done before check in hotel,hotel receipt also telling that one day before hotel booking can be cancelled.
