Hi,
I put a termination request of my mobile no. 9555781813 on 09th May 2017 at reliance store and i paid my last bill due amount + 15 days extra cost (total amt-860/-)as told by store person. Also, told me that reliance will return if any extra amount get receive by them. After few days, i received few calls for retaintion which i reject them completely. Even received few service messages, in which one message was that my no has been upgraded to 4G (which i ignored)......On 13th my network got close. So, i contacted consumer care for my refund.
They told me that your no has been retain and has been upgraded to 4G. You need to visit reliance store to pick your new sim & disconnect the call.
I means.....what the hell???....i never made such request....reliance is doing thing by itself....Total harassment......Kindly resolve it and refund my money. Contact me at my alternate no 9650222929.
