surprised to see my electric ity bill of around 5000.my bill no is 151664821.. I stays in a chwl every time they r giving me the bill of 4000to 5000.they r not supposed to take a complain also. After such a long conversation they had taken a complain i rxpect around 2500 but everytime they r giving dou le of the expectations. Thay r telling me that we r consuming that much but we know how much we consume. They r not ready to listen anything. I think i m ot getting any positive response from them. Pls help.sir this problem is not for me only but for my full chawl. When we go to give the application they r not supposed to take the application. They r sending there technician to chk the meters they r giving the report that meter found ok. U hv to pay the bill or else ur meter will cit down. It means next month reliance will give the bill of 8000 and they expect us to pay the bill blindly. We r kind citizens we wont let our money go unnecessarily. If we use definitely we will pay but we hv not usef we hv a power to complain till ombudsman also. This is not a fighting for 2000 to 3000.we send a mail because if i wont do this next time it will happen again. This money amt wont make sense for them but this amt fulfill our monthly requirements of food.so pls help us. I request you.
