27 April 2017 I am using my idea app to recharge my idea prepaid number of 9468660751 Rs on 399 internet offer vild up to 70 days but recharge is failed but balance withdrow and idea send me message your account balance is refund in 7 to 10 working days but now is 20 days but my balance is no fefunded Evan I call idea costomar care and he told me you wait 24 to 48 hour but noting to happening so I requested to you my balance is refund thanks
