i have purchased a led tv from gurgaon 3 yearrs back. then it started giving problem within the warranty period. i complained the customer care for more than 5 times. then an executive came to see the problem and said that it will be repaired within the warranty. then no action was taken from the company and when i contacted them they did not give any satisfatory answer
