Consignment No- 900090229794 DTDC Express We have couriered our consignment which carries 19 acrylic box with 19 iron stand through DTDC Express Courier. Which were placed on 28th March 2017 and reached Bangalore on 2nd of April but delivery attempt made on 7th of April. When it reached to the destination it was in damaged condition and one box reached empty out of four. Our associate refused to take delivery due to its unacceptable condition. This shipment was insured now DTDC is playing blame game. With this shipment we have also shipped Mumbai shipment but it was delivered successfully which was same in size and packaging. Now We have lost our material cost, courier cost & order due to non delivery of material on time. On 24th April we took the delivery in damaged condition after speaking with my local courier associate in Delhi. Now we request you please help us in getting the insured amount which is pending due to the non compliance of DTDC staff. They are saying it was not their fault I do not know how to handle them as they are ignoring.
