we have booked Thailand Package with full payment on 2nd of May 2017 online. MMT appointed MR Siddharthe Shakar as single point co ordiantor for assist and help. My Package starts from 21st of May 2017 and ends on 26th May 2017. On 4th of May 2017 Mr Siddharth contacted me and assure me to help anytime regarding this package. Than i asked helps for Visa assistant via mail and call on daily basis but he didnt care to respond. Thereafter, we logged the complain to MMT. VISA team from Gurgaon contacted me on 11th evening and asked me to submit passport and document with bank balance confirmation on 12th May 2017 (horrible) and they are not responsible for if delay. they they suggest to deliver all to mumbai office and i have send passport and dox to mumbai office on 13th May 2017 and got on same day. Here till the time i didnt get filght tickets and hotel vouchers even after 10 days of full payment nor he is responding to any of my mail and call on daily bsis. Even today (18.05.2017) i didnt get the flight ticket or voucher and my all insurance and currency work is pending due to tickets. i have called on any average 3 to 4 times to siddharth and MMT call centre and mail but even today Siddharth is not responding. when i am writing this i got flight ticket and even now they booked ticket of minor as adult one even after providing poassoport copy. Mr Sidhharth Shanker and MMT team have litterally cheated or dont have ability to manage the work.
