Ordered a Samsung Galaxy a5 32 gb phone and received a used lenovo phone. Raised replacement request. Pickup of the lenovo phone was made. Then received a call that my replacement request was rejected did to quality check failed, as i did not provide the barcode sticker that they did not even sent me. Complained back this and was said issue is reopened. Within few hours got a message of lenovo phone being shipped back to me. Now when call them back they do not connect back to me and cut my phone after speaking for few minutes.
