Complaint Details
I Subscribe for Alien Broadband, Kalyan for Internet. I am not getting connectivity since 1 month and they don't care about it I called them, whatsapp them but what i get is Lame Excuses, still waiting for service. They even don't receive call now. I can vote for it this is the Worst service i ever Experience. 5 days before i called its Owner he said my assistant will solve your problem in 15 minutes, no one visit me yet. 2 days before i called them they said we will solve it by 6 PM, but as expected they don't have mindset to solve customers problem. their details are as below
