Complaint Details
I wish to lodge a complaint against a Aayushmaan (Private) Retirement Residency in Chennai and its Managing Trustee Dr. Raman Sundaravelu, who is cheating my sister Smt. N. Rukmani for the refund of caution deposit of Eight Lakhs and Fifty Thousand Rupees (Rs. 8.5 Lakhs).

It may be seen from the enclosed document that the Managing Trustee Dr. Raman Sunaravelu will not hesitate to make any kind false statement and indulge in any kind of fraudulent act to cheat the Senior citizens under the guise of running home for them. It appears that he did not restrict the activities to my mother Smt N. Rukmani alone but also two others.It is apparent from these three cases that the Trustee intentionally targets helpless seniors whose children live abroad.

We, therefore, appeal to the Consumer Council intervenes to take appropriate action against this fraudulent institution and its Trustees in order to protect innocent Indian.
