Dear sir, 


Warm greetings, 


As per my continuous conversation of my complaint on Excess billing on ur customers service with complain no1022160012 and my bill acc no is 151664821. It is my single phase resident chawl based electricity. 

Everymonth i received the bill of amt 2400in ghe month of feb, 4400/-rs in the month of march, 5300/-rs in the month of apr, and after complaining ur technician came and chk the meter found ok. Your office executive Mr. Sachin vichare of MIDC ANDHERI off person is telling we cant do anything. Ur reading is abv 545 so bill is accurate. U r using ac and the bill is perfect. 

If u hv such issues than u just do onething u just come in the off and fill the form for meter testing in our laboratory. 

I want to ask i hv ac so i got this much bill but i can show u the person who doesnt havr geyser nor ac nor washing machine than also they received the bill of 8000 a month. 

Mr sachin vichare is telling that if meter testing reports came ok than u hv to pay but if the report will come that meter is not ok than we will do something. 

On another hand mr. Vichare is suppose to tell that this is the summer season so bill has increased. I want to ask meter reading gets double in summer. This is rediculous. 

In the month of October when there is winter season i received the bill of 13310/-.

What Reliance energy thinks that we common people are fool. 

I have complained in NATIONAL CONSUMER HELPLINE and the comain no is 269383.

If my problem doesn't get resolve as early as possible than i m going to complain in ELECTRICITY OMBUDSMAN as well as CONSUMER COURT and take a legal action against this. Infact i will call MEDIA also and i will show them how reliance energy make the uses of people. 

I can assure u that i can show the bills of my nearby people who is not using high voltage appliances and u r sending the bill of 5000to8000.

Complaints boxes r full but u r not supposed to solve the people problem.

But this time it wont happen. If my grievances will not be solved than i m ready to take the legal action. Sir if i hv used i would pay but no unnecessarily i will not pay anything. 

Sir if u will not take any legal action against RELIANCE ENERGY LTD than i have to go to ELECTRICITY OMBUDSMAN because i know the value of my single rupee.

Pls i request u to resolve this issue as soon as possible or else i hv to go to OMBUDSMAN.
