Complaint Details
I had purchased Renault Kwid before 2 months. I have not received Tax invoice against the entire amount paid by myself. I have received the Tax invoice only for Ex Showroom price. I have paid Rs. 51,000 as RTO charges to showroom, However as per RTO receipt only Rs 42,000 is paid to RTO. I have been asking for the break up of the amount since last 2 months and Dealer is not interested in answering my calls & queries. I have been told that the excess amount has been collected for handling charges, however they are not reasy to give any invoice for it. The total excess amount paid is Approx Rs. 25,000 & I am not getting any answers on it.
