I am writing this as huge frustrated consumer who, if let can utter Millions of vulgar words just to scold the senseless authorities of BESCOM.
Everyday there is disconnection of supply of current in my area. I or somebody from my home call 1912 which is the helpline of BESCOM daily. And the support people have only sentence to tell.
I reside in bommanahalli Bangalore and it comes under S8 substation. Everytime I call them, they have only comment "HSR feeder is down or some feeder is down".
The moment it starts raining, the current connection supply goes off. If we call BESCOM ppl, they say feeder is down and it will take one hour and if you call after one hour, then say it will again take one hour. This is how they fool customers.
Why can't the feeder be fixed at first place? Why does it keep going down again and again almost everyday?
And Everytime the moment it starts raining?
Why do officials don't work on it?
