Dear sir/Madam,

i was purchased jio dongle dated 20th may 2017 at 10 PM that time I'm not property takeover from jio shop executive mr. chetan and Amol. next day morning i was open the dongle box because of gift packing for my brother birthday that time saw dongle on scratches. I'm sure this defective piece pack in my box from jio executive. please see attached snap of jio dongle on lot of scratches. I was go to shop 10pm and saw this piece. that time executive told normally minor scratches on there any piece. but my dongle on lot of scratches. so how is it possible....?
thet time a new brand piece opening but its new one and extra shining.
please request to you i want replaced this defective piece or return the money 1999/-. This horrible experience from Reliance.

My genuinely question
if i was paid the money so why i can use this defective piece. this piece in not network issue etc. only on scratch on this piece. please sir/madam help me.
