Complaint Details
I wish to complain about Kenstar Microwave Invoice no - 20170419-051389 that I had ordered the product online on 19th April 17. After a week I get a message stating the order is cancelled and the same product is delivered by SHOP CJ on 02nd May 17 at our doorsteps.
I am complaining because the product turned out to be faulty and non functional. I am completing dissatisfied with approach given by this team. We have been following up almost after every 2 days for a replacement; however there is no response forthcoming on the pickup of the product. We raised a complain on 6th May with Shop Cj and the replacement complain is launched on 13th May, Initially we were told that it would take 7-10 working days, however the pickup is yet not down.
To resolve this problem I would like you all to take stringent action against SHOP CJ
I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. I am enclosing copies of my receipt and all the emails written to SHOP CJ till date. I may be contacted at the above address and phone number.
