I ordered Samsung galaxy s7 and received a Samsung galaxy s6 instead. The seller never replied to any messages or feedback. I did not receive VAT paid invoice or serial number of the phone which was mentioned as manufacture warranty phone on website. Without VAT bill its illegal to sell anything in India. Now they are not providing refund saying I have returned items in the past so I cannot get refund. I followed up for weeks, they kept misguiding. They are not even providing VAT paid invoice and serial number of the phone that is my right as a consumer. I want my refund. Once I get VAT number and serial number of the phone, can easily find out if taxes were paid for that phone and whom was it sold to.
