I have been ordering an oppo mobile phone from paytm..i ordered the product on Inr 13900 on 18 may 2107 but the company after 4 days cancelled the order with an excuse that the seller didn't had the item in stock..i checked the company website app everyday and the item was in stock with the seller but he had raised the price.. i have the screenshots of the 19 and 20 may that the seller had the item in stock.. i have been writing about the same to paytm also but nevr got any satisfactory reply from other side.. my order was then declined by the paytm on 22 may 2017.
I reordered the product at a higher price and was assured by paytm that this time my order wont b cancelled and will be dispatched at the earliest..also i was told that the difference of INR 520 that i had to pay will also b reimbursed..i ordered the new one on 22 may 2017 and today its 25 may and even after 3 days the item is not yet dispatched and no surity is given by paytm to me...kindly help me
