Me and my family would like to express our negative feedback for the treatment done in Hinduja hospital from June 2016 till May 2017, HH No. 1536274.
My mother was diagnosed stage 2 breast cancer in June 2016. Surgery was done by Dr. Rucha kaushik and chemotherapy by Dr. Muzammil shaikkh. Radiation and cardiologist were too involved.
In my below email, I am only referencing to Rucha and Muzammil.
Both were too insensitive and negligent towards their duties as a Doctor. Rucha never responded to any emergency situation when ever we approached her after the surgery. My mother kept complaining of few symptoms before and after the surgery, but it was ALWAYS unheard or neglected and taken lightly. Her cancer was aggressive and was found in lymphatic system during the surgery. This should have been the 1st reason for PET Scan. We recommended both the Doctors several times. But they avoided every time. They never took any initiative to ensure that the patients health is not compromised. If actions would have taken by them, we would have been with our mother today. DOCTOR as a profession is to save life and not make money out of it. They would be good marketers of themselves, but their primary work is to serve patients. I am sure that they wouldn't have treated their own family members with this insensitivity.
