Complaint Details
My name is Bhaskar Langalia. I'm a professional artist. Recently, I purchased an acrylic spray from Camlin Kokuyo company from Stationery Hub shop in Malad West, Mumbai. After testing the spray as indicated, I used it on my paintings and realized that is causing white patches and I saw that on other paintings too. I contacted the company marketing manager (Mr. Chandra Shekhar Oza) and the project manager and they came to my house. They tested it themselves and agreed that there is a defect in the product. They agreed to pay me a compensation amount due to the damage caused to my 4 paintings (Rs. 30,000). Now, when I called them, the company is declining any sort of compensation. Therefore, I'm filing a complaint here and hope that I get assistance from you.
