Dear Team

I worked with Appsdaily Solutions Pvt Ltd from 06 July 2015 to 3rd March 2016. They have still not paid my salary for the month of Feb. I have been trying to follow up on the same but noone is bothered to respond to mails, messages or calls. Whenever I have visited the office, they have asked me for 1-2 months more. But now the situation is that no person with authority sits in their office anymore. Also, if I visit the office, they harass by keeping me wait endlessly thinking that I might eventually leave.

According to their email, I still have 1.25 Lakh Rs pending with them. I have wrote more than 50 emails, countless calls but there is no response from the management regarding this. CEO - Arun Menon. CFO - Ratanlal Ranasaria. Co-Founder - Ajay Menon.

Please guide me what to do in this regard, as my entire energy is exhausted in dealing with them and now I am left traumatized. With all the financial obligations and education loan, I would not be able to survive. Please, please, please save my life.

I have attached the discussions over email for your reference. Also, if necessary, I would be happy to share offer letter and other details as applicable.
