Dear sir/madam, My name is Sunil P my amazon.in registered email id is sunil007.p@gmail.com, mobile number is 9964903406 and i ordered Canon EOS 700D DSLR camera with netbanking on 11th may and its Order Id: 171-5953218-4178755 and after that unfortunately i lost my mobile that mobile have login of amazon account, and at 19-May-2017 3:20 PM i got a mail that order is delivered and i got sms to my mobile number also, am very much shocked but am using basic mobile on that time becoz i lost my mobile, after that i managed to take my friend mobile and tried to login to amazon.in but it didnt sign in to that account, and i felt like crying and i open my mail i got a mail that your email id is changed from sunil007.p@gmail.com to sunil007.q@gmail.com (that all mail screenshot i am attaching down below), and after that i called several times amazon customer care, they said that we need to verify billing address, i said my billing address n all details but they said no its not correct and they said new order billing address need, i comfinced them and said this problem occured but still they wont believed me, they said we will call you to register mobile number, i said ok, after some hours i got a call, but still they asked address verification, how i know that he/she address they gave, may be he/she have my login has changed all details, amazon customer care are so foolish guys, they dont believe real peoples they even dnt have secure site, i changed email id and mobile number without the old email id otp and mobile number otp, is this the big company do?, and after that i thought in mind that want to do write on consumer complaints and i did this also on 19th may and waiting but no response at all, so again posting please help me amazon or any field to get my 36,995rs back to me please i beg you, i dont know what he doing in my account but he taken my dslr and he changed all datas now my crying here with a loss of 36.995rs please help me begging you peoples :(
Please take a immediate action on him and on this issue also and get my money back please
