Sir/mam, i purchased a tempered glass and back cover combo for redmi note 4 from ebay.in as a guest buyer and the product delivered on 17/03/2017 after opening tha package i found that the tempered is broken and back cover has some minor scratches on it. So, i claim for eBay guarantee on the same day. The customer care executive says that I'll get my refund in the form of DD within 15 to 20 days but it didn't seem to happen any soon cause now when I'm calling and asking about my refund they just making excuses on it. I request you to look into the matter, so that common people like us will not stop buying from ebay. All the necessary information are in attachments and i had even made a video while unboxing the ebay package. If it will needed i will provide you that also.
