I have bought a Dell Inspiron AIO Computer on 6th June, 2016. It received an official update from dell on 15th May, 2017 and after which it did not come back on again. After talking to Dell it was determined that it was a motherboard issue and the motherboard needed to be replaced. It is since then been more then two weeks, after talking to dell a numerous times, they have still not committed on the motherboard replacement date. Plus they are saying it will be a refurbished motherboard with only 3 month's warranty on it. Please help me resolve this problem.
