Good Morning Sir/Madam,
I am the customer of Vodafone from past 6-7 years and having 4 mobile numbers on my name for whole family usage. Recently one of my phone has been misplaced by our family member and after that we immediately stop the outgoing calls of that particular Vodafone No.(+91-9988011986). On Next day we have re-issued the Vodafone SIM Card from Vodafone Store as on 26/05/2017 and the staff of that store gives us assurance that the same number will be working within 4 hours. But unfortunately the same was not happen. I am regularly visiting the store(Except Sunday) for requesting the same. But they are not trying to resolve my problem. Till now(11:45 AM, 31/05/2017) the outgoing calls From that Mob. No. is barred. I request you to resolve this issue as soon as possible and demanding compensation for mental and physical harassment.
