Sir On feb 25 2017 I purchased a data dongle from Airtel Store ECR Link St Vasudeva Nagar Extension Thiruvanmiyur Chennai Tamil Nadu 600041 with payment of RS3200. As per plan upto three month I had to use 10gb data per month. After one month I was asked to pay extra amount of Rs480. When i asked them they are forcing me to pay this one. I gave a mail complain to 121@in.airtel.com. They are not responding anything. Also they have abamdoned the service. I lost the 20gb data package also. This is pure case of harassment that at time of purchase they are elling one price to attract customer and after few days use they will charge further amount. I need justice
