1 . My wife and 4 year old son were scheduled to board Jet Airways9W7049H Aircraft 73H, from kolkata to banguluru on 1st june 2017.
2.The PNR no. was 1A-JYTUEX and the scheduled time of take off was 6:25 pm.
3. My wife reached the boarding pass issuing counter at 5:30 pm (55 minutes prior) but was denied boarding pass by Miss. Anandita. On being asked why even when 10 minutes are left for the boarding to close; miss. Anandita told them to meet supervisor miss. Malini.
4.On meeting Miss. MALINI, she listened to the problem and then got herself moving without answering. My wife and son were alone so they chose to follow miss. Malini and request her, but she chose not to reply and kept moving.
5.she replied at 6:10 pm that now she can't let her board and she offered that she can pay for another flight.
6.your staff harrased and misguided a lone lady with a kid just for sheer profiteering. You can check the airport camera.
7.I am seriously disappointed by this kid of profiteering done bua reputed airlines.
