i was prebooked samsung galaxy S8+ on 3rd may-2017 and it was received on 8th may-2017 ,same day i was activated my S8+ with my registered number 9177668539 sim in slot1 ,but i did not received my offered free wireless recharger and i am unable to send sms from slot1 sim ,same has been conveyed as mails and toll free number 1800407267864 ,after 26 days also they were unable to solve my both concerns
they were wasted my 26 days of time so i want to return my galaxy s8+ to them ,please help me regarding the same
