Friends never book a room with OYO, they will spoil your tour as they did with me. I booked Premium rooms with OYO at Darjeeling(Hotel summit Yashshree) and Gangtok(Hotel Jewels of the east ) for three guests. Both of my bookings were shifted to other hotels(Hotel Golden Leaf at Darjeeling & Hotel Silk route at Gangtok) saying that there is a maintenance issue with the hotels booked by me. I visited the hotels which were originally booked by me and meat the hotel management personally, they told that there is no maintenance issue with both the hotels but my booking was cancelled by OYO captain. I am sharing the pics of premium room at Darjeeling and the letter written by the hotel management at Gangtok.
