Complaint Details
Tata Teleservices (Tata Docomo) has been harassing me for last 4 weeks for payment of services that i have not utilized. I had request for deactivation of my plan on 31st March 2017 and tata docomo kept on billing me for the month of April and May 2017. After explaining Tata team over email and over 50 phone calls, i am still being harassed by Tata officials regularly. I would like you to take stirck action against TATA to ensure that stop harassing consumers. I am attaching the email interaction with then including my last email. Request you to help me please.
