Writing this as I am being harassed by make my trip team in last 2 days. Have planned for a shimla manali trip and booked it online @ make my trip
From last 2 days I am calling MMT cust care.. After a waiting of half an hour always I was able to speak to company representative.. Had spoken to Ms Babita, Ms Bhavna, Ms varsha & Mr. Kaushik in last 2 days.. from last 2 days m struggling with these guys to change my cab from Sidan AC to Innova AC.. These guys are misguiding me from last 2 days that they have already mentioned in their note and cab vendor will call me before 24 hrs of starting the journey..

Finally I got call of cab vendor on 6th- Mountain and came to know that Sedan voucher is being forwarded by make my trip team and not of Innova car.

Was very upset.. Again have called up MMT cust care.. Lady in name of Varsha has again misguided me.. And then Mr. Kaushik came on call and asked me to pay Rs 8000/- additional for innova car finally on 6th june in eve.. This was not mentioned in their package that at last moment they will charge additional 8000/- Rs( complete call recording attached for reference)

This is very very painful for me to get such info just before 24 hrs of my trip.. From last 2 days these company representatives are misguiding me on all.. and I am feeling my self fool after this whole chapter and story. Have all documentary proofs ( call recordings) which I can forward to you or will further circulate to every where.. As how I am being cheated.

Have booked my trip thru MMT as its a very well known brand. These things but only can create a bad patch on name of organisation.

I can only request you to pl help me in this.. I can pay money but my ethics not allowing me to do so.

Have no so much of time here as m travelling from today.. I will again write and write and write if issue will not be resolved in a very short span of time.. Will definitely escalate it further if required.
