A insurance of smart phone protection(tecprotec) purchased from ezone kolkata an amount of 699/-. On dtd 17.01.2017 a complaint filed reg liquid damage of my mobile phone through their customer care number 18001036024. Minimum 25 times contact with same customer service but till now did not arrange to pickup my damaged mobile for repair. Kindly look into the matter and file complaint against above cheating company please.
