Regarding Complaint against M/s. VOLTAS LIMITED

Subject: FOR CHEATING, MISLEADING, WRONG COMMITTMENT AND NON REFUND OF OUR SECURITY DEPOSIT ETC.
Honble Director General,
We are forwarding you written complaint against M/s. Voltas Limited who failed to refund our security amounts as well as credit note amount and interest on security deposit. In spite of above they didn’t supply us the Voltas goods against the purchase order with full payment and they refused to give us supply of Voltas products as well as our credit note amount and security with interest also kept by them against the MONOPOLIES AND RESTRICTIVE TRADE PRACTICE adopted by them.
Kindly find our claim details as under: which Voltas Limited already has.
1. Our Rs.10,000/- security deposit at RBG
(Details on Mail enclosed annexure-1)
2. Our Rs.50,000/- + 9% interest security deposit at CABD
(Details on Mail enclosed annexure -2)


3. Our Rs.56450/- against credit note accepted by Voltas Limited
(Fax copy enclosed annexure -3)
4. Our Rs.76550/- against adjustment accepted by Voltas Limited
(Fax copy enclosed annexure -4)
5. Our warranty replacements still pending two fan motor assemblies
with their goods inward advice No. K2616 dated 21/03/2006

6. Wrongly Debit our account for Rs 10000/- against document no. 2300002075 dated 22/11/2005 sales tax debit which was totally wrong by Voltas Limited.

We request your lordship to interfere in above matter and arrange to resolve our pending amount for Rs. 2,03,000/- from M/s. Voltas Limited + Interest as per your MRTP Commission / Law.

Our firm is suffering a lot due to non refund of our amount and non supplies of warranty replacements and fresh purchase order by the above company.
