I have booked consignment to ship my above said two wheeler from Ulsoor, Bangalore to Jillelguda, Hyderabad vide consignment note No. 1386 dt. 2.6.2017. They also issued a Bill No. 612 dt. 2.5.2017 for Rs. 2,500/-.

I came from Bangalore to Hyderabad on the next day. They have promised me to handover the vehicle to me at Hyderabad on 4.6.2017. But till now it has not reached to my place. I have regularly contacting Mr. Surendra (Mobile No. 9341211311). Whenever I call him, he is postponing the same for next day since four days giving silly and lame excuses.

I am feeling very discomfort as I could not travel anywhere since 4 days. I have to engage auto or cab every time by spending huge amounts. Find enclosed photo of consignment note and Bill

Hence, I request you to take necessary steps to ensure me to get my two wheeler immediately.
