Hello Sir/madam,

we bought 32" LED TV on 1st June 2017 From Camtec Chennai. It will Came through Anjani Courier 1982492607. We got TV On 5th of june 2017. When we open it TV was totally damaged. Courier Services told us there was not our mistake its senders mistake. senders was not well packed it so thats why it's damaged. when we contact Camtec sales person who get our order (Mob No. 9717463781) he told me you can returned it. when i ask about you not send your address and we don't have order receipt how can i send back to you. then he told me we will send you our address. after that we called so many times but he refuses to send address. but today on 8th of june 2017 we called him he told me they are not responsibility of goods. Transport company fault. So Both are refuses responsibility of loss of our goods. we got damaged product. we want refund my amount and stop that types of fraud people and take strict action against him.
