Had been using a reliance netconnect dongle on ID number 9390758638 for many years before all the problems started. First we were asked to upgrade to 4G by suggesting the charges wouldnt change and then lots and lots of inconsistent billings on the part of Reliance.Also harrassing calls from people claiming to be Mr R C Gautam and Ms Pooja Mathur along with abuses(from Pooja Mathur) and non sensible talk.
Also this matter has been going on for months now and i had also made payment of one month's charges upon assurances from a reliance employee but my problem was not solved. The Customer Care is just about covering up their faults and false assurances.
Now i have been threatened with a fine of Rs18000 along with blocking the ID proof for the next three years and effects on the CIBIL score.
I wouldnt want to waste my time and resources for an amount of Rs2500 but this is absolutely unfair and REliance is just trying to bully its way in.
