Dear Sir,

I had booked Cab from Makemytrip from Haridwar to Badrinath (7.5.17 to 9.5.17) wrt to Booking ID - NC750822249258680.

At the time of booking the total amount was INR 9534 (invoice attached). However, at the time of making final payment, they have charged INR 2900 extra in the name of taxes to be paid to State govt for Char Dham Yatra.

Please note that the extra payment which I had paid has no relevance and I need to point out below points -

1. For extra INR 2900 payment, no Invoice has been given to me. The Raw invoice provided by Haridwar cab agency (sub vendor of Makemytrip) does not has any CIN no. or TIN no. (copy attached)

2. Makemytrip has also not provided any proper bill for the total amount I had paid, i.e INR 9534 + INR 2900.

3. The cab which was provided to me by agency had a Private No. and it was using for commercial purpose. No Tax was paid in route to Badrinath. The cab photo with number plate is attached.

4. From Makemytrip Mr. Ankit (mb. no. 7088999943) had promised me to provide proper bill for all the amount I had paid. But now he has refused.

5. I had clearly informed your team 1 week before my travel date, that without proper proof I will not pay any extra Tax. At that time your person was agreed but at last they make my family suffer for 1 hour inside cab with AC at their office area. I was travelling with my old parents.

Such behavior was not acceptable from Makemytrip.

At last, I request you to kindly help me. As makemytrip & their sub vendors are taking amount in the name of false tax from customer & not paying the same to Government. If there is any tax amount they should provide proper receipt of the same.

They are simply looting traveler.

Since last 1 month, I am following with the company but they are not responding.
