Complaint Details
Sir, I had booked online under transaction ID 5102080286 on 28-05-17 one flight through IRCTC which they cancelled on 30-05-17 on my request and informed me that refund of money will be effected after 5-7 days. After passing 7 days they simply say"Your amount has been refunded from our end. Kindly check with your bank. If amount still not reflected kindly send us bank statement from date of booking to till date" but not giving any details of payment(i.e. date of payment, amount paid, name of the bank and branch to whom paid etc.) made by them if any even on my repeated request.They have either not refunded my money or paid to some wrong account. Kindly help.
