I have taken globalconnect holidays membership for 10 years with the promise of health club membership as well alongside holidays package. After a year they asked me to renew the health club membership with the promise of reimbursement post receipt submitted to them.now it's over 4 months that they have not returned my money and stopped answering all calls n mails.
Their promise of health club membership n reimbursement is documented over emails where they have provided one or the other date but it looks like cheating now coz their directors have also stopped responding n customer help line numbers are also changed..
I m asking for my membership surrender with my money back, need help on this.
