Took grossery for reward point of SBH debit card, the parcel was handedover to DTDC on 6-5-2017, and it moved here and there but not reached to me. On 8-5-2017 reached Hyderabad Hub at Boinpally for DTDC, and i called by tracing phone number ie 040-33004444 and again called on mobile number 9985056256 but not responding. gave SMS regarding the same on 10-6-17 and taday 14-6-17. No response. Tried to give feedback in DTDC website but it is allowing only five to six words, thus unable to give feedback. Just for name sake they have kept feedback but not in a intention to help customers. Further bank is deducting points for delivery charges also. They are forgetting all this. I have been trying from all angles but neither website not any DTDC centre will give other centre phone numbers.
