Complaint Details
One of online company doing the fraud with me of Rs. 10499/-. Name of the company is “Tripgateway”.
This company doing the wrong commitment with me.
Case History:
I received a call on 27-5-17 from Tripgateway Company regarding promotional offer. On this call they promised me that if I will book the holiday package with rs 10499 on spot they will provide me 4 night accommodation for 4 person in anywhere in India . Also I will get assured gift of sony tablet. As per the promised by company I booked this package with rs 10499 on 27th.
I recorded this conversation. Pls find attached zip file of 27-5-17. If u will listen this conversation u can understand what type of promised done by this marketing executive “AJAY SHAW”.

Then I Received a verification call on 29th as per the communication with Ajay. On that call I asked the executive regarding the promised done by Ajay. She told me that no I will not get any promotional offer which is promised by Ajay. Then I told that executive to cancel my order and refund my money. Executive told me that I will be charge 20% of my payment. I asked that why I will be charged 20% . I told that executive Until & unless if I will not use any service no one can charged me. But the Executive shouting me & told me I should be pay this money because I used the payment gateway & it’s there terms & Condition.
After that again they called me on 31-5-17. But same solution given by that verification executive. On that day I was mentally harassed by this company & I was fade up so I told them to confirm this package because they will charged 20%.

I received so many call during 27th May to 2nd June From this company. Every time they given me wrong information. I was mentally harassed by this company Tripgateway company.

Now they are not provide me any response of my mail .

So I send a mail to company on 9-6-17 that if I will not receive any documents by mail I will go for “FIR”. After received of this mail they called me & same thing she told me that I will be charged 20% . On that call she shouting on me & told me I can go for FIR. Also given me wrong name of this executive.
Also I attached this call recording as zip file 9-6-17.

That means there hidden business policy is to make false promotional call to customer & take the money from customer. After transaction if any customer have any issues they will agree to cancel with charge of 20%. That means there main business target is this cancelation charges of 20% not for customer services.

MY COMPLAIN Points:

1. Wrong information given by company
2. Fraud company
3. Cyber crime
4. Mentally harassed by company
5. Rs 10499 Forfeited by company
Sir, my humble request to u pls investigate against this fraud company & arrest them. Because now I am seeing so many complain against this company like me on consumer court. Please help me to get back my money & so many customer like me.
