A) NAME OF THE missing PRODUCTs:
1. Accu chek activ 50 strips
2. Accu chek activ 100 strips

B) WHAT I'VE RECEIVED: in 2 white boxes, I received the following-
1. Accu chek activ 50 strips
2. Four Powerbase AA batteries (I didn't even order any batteries)

C) I have attached the packaging, invoice, and product pics as I received them.

D) PACKAGING WAS SEALED WHEN THE PRODUCT WAS OPENED.
