Hello i am Hunny Malhotra from Ahmedabad. i need your help regarding my mobile insurance claim, below is my complaint details:
i've purchased One Assist Insurance for my mobile. i've submitted my claim to one assist and after that i came to know that one assist is not an insurance company it is only assurance company which is mediator between customer and insurance company and they never told me while purchasing the insurance. After submitting my claim on 15th may, they took long time to take my mobile for repair just because of some details were not updated by their executives. after that my mobile was picked up from me on 1st june, and on 2nd june they mailed me with the estimate of my mobile and told me that they are forwarding my claim details to insurance company for approval. on 5th june they submitted my claim details to IC(insurance company), and when i asked their executive they all told me that it will take max 5 to 10 working days. but today it's 16th june approx 10 working days have been passed and claim already took 1 month but still they are saying that it is under IC approval, and when i call their executives and asking them to help me for IC approval and to take follow up regarding my claim, but they all just making fake promises to me and also not helping me to get my claim. Also some senior executives are clearly stating me that they can't help me, they can't mail to IC and at the end they used to say that you have to wait till IC approval don't approved. They have escalated my case also some executives have submitted some service charge sheet which they used to say that in this the company has to take some action. on 14th june some executive has prepared service charge sheet and assured me that till friday anyhow they has to revert me with update, but today is friday and still i don't receive any update regarding my help. i'll request you please help me and take some steps against then asap. below are my claim details:
