Dear All ,
this woman Shakuntala is a big fraud, because she has posted this complaint on 22.05.2017 , whereas the Son of Mrs N,Rukmani, Pattabhi has already taken the refund of Rs8.5 lacs on 18.05.2017 , itself, Deposited in the Name of Mrs Rukmanis bank account,

this woman is the only reason for Mr Pattabhi taking her out of Aayushmaan , since she wanted to make money out of her sister ,
hence this complaint itself is a bg fraud and motivated to spoil the Name of a Noble institution,

we give below one of our other Client from USA ,Mr Balu Iyer, on his views on this complaint,

Aayushmaan Retirement residency, is the best one as far as i know,
my father and mother have been living for almost 3 years there, Since i Live In the USA , They are Living happily at Aayushmaan, the food, the atmosphere, the staff are all good and i would rate it excellent, the Trustee Dr Raman Sundaravelu is a an excellent personality, spending his hard earned money on this elders home, and also running a Nature cure health centre, which is also one of the very Best anywhere in the world, he is running these institutions without any donations or help from outsiders, from his own finances and Bank finances only as a philanthrophic cause and not for any profit , this I know because i have personally interacted with hi, several times during my visits to India,
i have seen the previous comment by Mr Pattabhi, and want to counter it as he has tried to spread wrong news about Aayushmaan retirement where my parents also live for more than 3 years , I am aware of his case from the beginning, this man being an NRI like me from Canada, I would say is the most selfish, and thankless man, because his mother also lived in the next room where my parents stay, she was looked after by 2 attenders in 2 shifts, for nearly 3 years, without any relative or Her Son Pattabhi ,By her side, Aayushmaan staff had taken excellent care in the absence of any one beside her, trouble started with his aunt, who wanted to take her sister with her for the money, and this man also wanted to take her to save some money, they left aaysuhmaan retirement on their own,
he wanted the refund of his security deposit, for which some paper work was needed by the Funding Banks, this person was not forthcoming with any paper work, so the bank after the new rules especially after demonitisation was not willing to release the security without proper papers, this took some 2 months, in the mean time, even though Dr Raman Sundaravelu was abroad, he gave an Indeminity to the bank and repaid his security Deposit of 8.50 lacs from his personal funds on 18.05.2017.
this thankless man, though Aayushmaan took good care of His mother, for which he has written several appreciation letters which i have seen myself, for the sake of money he has posted such non sense, at least after recieving the payment ,he should have apologised or taken his word back, which he has not done, it shows he is not an ethical man.
I know very well , in the past some 6 people when they left Aayushmaan, the security deposit was paid before the due dates.
Frankly if Such False news is allowed to float, Good people Like Dr Raman Sundaravelu, will stop from enetering such noble causes , which is a boon for NRI's like me who have no other go other than to leave our parents with such good retirement homes like Aayushmaan,

So I request people to go by the reality , and not get carried away by such false news, because i have seen all the papers myself,
if what i say is false let this man pattabhi come out and say that he has not received payment last month 18 may itself, I will post the proof,
These people think NRI is an additional qualification on themselves, unlike people like me who think , we have sinned in the past not to live among our parents, friends and relatives in our own country India.

the complaint has been resolved so compalint 0088965/2017 may be closed as motivated complaint by a fraud shakuntala, with whom we never had any dealing at all,
THIS WOMAN HAS NOT GIVEN ANY DETAILS ,PHONE ETC, WHICH ALSO SHOWS SHE IS A BIG FRAUD, WITH MALAFIDE INTENT
