Sir,

This is to inform you that I had taken a car loan from ICICI bank having number (LABNG00027201376). As per the written communication from sales manager ICICI, there is no foreclosure charges applicable after 24 months of loan, but when I did contact the bank after 24 months, they are not agreeing for any waiver on foreclosure charges. Now after having long discussion with mental harassment for 2 years with the ICICI bank, the relationship manager, Girish kumar, agreed to provide 50% off on foreclosure charges. I have been paying interest unnecessarily for last 2 years.

I am attaching all the relevant documents for your reference.
1. Sales manager emailed where it is clearly mentioned there is no foreclosure charges.
2. The ticket and communication details with the bank, which was started 2 years back.
3. Relationship manager’s email where he promised to provide 50% waiver.


So I kindly request you to work on this proposal, in which I supposed to get 100% off foreclosure charges and also need to get back the interest amount what I have been paying for last 2 years and some compensation on mental harassment.
