I have booked bus tickets for Digha to Kolkata from make my trip.The bus broke down Midway about 100km from Kolkata.Bus operator requested to arrange own vehicle to get back.They agreed to pay refund however since it was booked through make my trip,they requested to claim from make my trip.I have made complaints with this regard however they keep asking me to wait for 24 to 48hrs.It has been already 10 days now & I am yet to get my refund.
