Dear all,
I had ordered Panasonic Eluga Raymax (64GB) phone on 8th MAy 2017 from Flipkart. Order id : OD109111854542446000.
The phone delivered was faulty, the speakers were not working, which the company verified and confirmed they will replace the product. The replacement was delivered after 20 days of continuous follow up on 20th June 2017 . The replacement received is again a faulty product. None of the sim slots were working and I called the flipkart customer care the very hour after the product was delivered. Flipkart confirmed they have a policy of only one replacement and that they cannot deliver another replacement. They have asked me to contact the Panasonic service centre and get the replacement. On visiting the service centre today 21th June 2017, the service centre confirmed the product is faulty but they cannot replace it. They said they can only give a letter saying the product is faulty and the product will be replaced by the supplier only.
Please help me arrange the product money or the right product.
